Professor Robert Patrick Lamberts is an internationally recognised leader in exercise, performance, and applied human science. He works at the intersection of research leadership, high-performance sport, and health innovation, advising universities, governing bodies, and elite programmes worldwide.
Alongside his academic and advisory roles, he has an coaching background, having trained and supported elite and high-performance athletes, which grounds his work in real-world performance environments.
Holding senior academic appointments and executive advisory roles, his work focuses on translating complex scientific evidence into clear, strategic decisions that drive performance, credibility, and long-term impact.
